'THE DREAMER'

OUT NOW

If you like the idea of music crossing boundaries between orchestral soundtracks and the pop world, you've come to the right place. 'The Dreamer' is the first EP released by British TV/Film composer Reed Dweller. As a hopeless romantic, Dweller takes you on a journey through some of the inevitable feelings that come with falling in love.

The artwork shows Dweller's view from an aeroplane window - only a piece of fragile glass stands between himself and the enchanted world outside. Dweller wrote the lyric 'I am a million miles above your view' whilst air bound on a flight, which later became the opening lyric to 'Thank You' , the first track the album.

The second track is a timeless take on Elvis' 'Can't Help Falling In Love'. From a vulnerable lead vocal and close harmonies, to a full male choir and orchestral climax, the arrangement makes for a powerful listen. 'Carousel' is the third track - an instrumental recording where number one selling saxophonist Tyler Rix features to deliver a mesmerising 'music box' style hook, high up in the clouds. Finally, 'Happy Ever After' - a poignant, bittersweet ballad that rounds off the EP in style.

'The Dreamer' contains a mix of vocal and instrumental pieces, with three originals and one cover, arranged and orchestrated for the EP.
